WHAT IS COACHING?
What is coaching?
Coaching is collaborative partnership where the coach provides the structure and the challenge, while the client provides the topic and the courage to change. Through coaching, my hope is that we'll envision your goals, strive for more, know yourself deeper and empower you to take action toward your goal with confidence.
What's my approach?
Coaching is personal and it's a partnership. I am committed to whole person coaching, with transformation as the backdrop of our coaching relationship. I offer a complimentary sample session to experience my style and approach, and we'll assess if this is a mutual fit for your needs. We'll start with a discovery session to get to know you better. A typical coaching commitment starts as a 3-6 session package and can become an ongoing partnership.

Supporting professionals through life and work transitions
I have been a coach for over 3 years, supporting many professionals achieve their goals both in life and in the workplace. I bring 20+ years of experience in the corporate world managing marketing teams at Google, YouTube and Samsung. I am also a wife and mom of two active little boys. I know what it's like to juggle a busy life and try to navigate life and career transitions on my own.
Having first discovered coaching through a leadership program 10 years ago, I became interested in becoming a more skilled coach as a manager and leader. I've completed 100 hours of coursework through the Co-Active Training Institute and am on my way to becoming a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation.
